本(ben)月3日下(xia)午,公司在項目(mu)(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)地召開(kai)了項目(mu)(mu)(mu)建設(she)調度(du)會(hui)(hui)。會(hui)(hui)上首先傳達了董事(shi)長(chang)盛(sheng)和深關于當(dang)前項目(mu)(mu)(mu)建設(she)問(wen)題(ti)的指示。會(hui)(hui)議(yi)(yi)明確,各項目(mu)(mu)(mu)經理(li),各工(gong)(gong)段負(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)(ze)人、工(gong)(gong)程部位責(ze)(ze)(ze)任人,要(yao)認(ren)真總結好當(dang)前管理(li)和施工(gong)(gong)中存在的問(wen)題(ti),轉(zhuan)變(bian)態度(du)和作風,強(qiang)化責(ze)(ze)(ze)任,要(yao)堅定信心,搶(qiang)工(gong)(gong)期、趕(gan)任務(wu),以(yi)(yi)最快的速度(du)和最好的質量,全面完成項目(mu)(mu)(mu)建設(she)工(gong)(gong)程的各項任務(wu)。會(hui)(hui)議(yi)(yi)強(qiang)調,對(dui)于當(dang)前制(zhi)約項目(mu)(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)程進度(du)和質量的客觀問(wen)題(ti),各負(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)(ze)人、責(ze)(ze)(ze)任人可以(yi)(yi)查擺(bai)并及時反映(ying),共同研究解決辦法(fa),但絕不能以(yi)(yi)此為理(li)由推諉搪塞(sai),延誤工(gong)(gong)期,影響項目(mu)(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)程的整體進展。
會上,負(fu)責人王福(fu)良就當(dang)前(qian)工(gong)程各(ge)個部位各(ge)個環節上的時間和(he)質量要求(qiu)做了具(ju)體的安排和(he)部署,并(bing)就責任、管理等問題(ti)難點講了具(ju)體意見。
